Tuesday night my boys requested Pepperoni Pizza for dinner……
……what’s mom to do…..I pulled out my trusted breadmaker to start on the pizza dough…..I love making my own pizza dough….. It’s easy…..quick and you can store in your fridge till you need it even for few days.
My usual pizza dough recipe makes enough dough for two large thin crust pizzas and since I am not a big PIZZA lover I was left with half of the pizza dough.
As I was trying to figure out what to do with it…..then I remembered Pizza sticks my sister orders every time we go to Boston Pizza.
…..great idea….homemade CHEESE & GARLIC PIZZA BREADSTICKS…..
Simple…..fast….. filling…..delicious….. served with homemade MARINA SAUCE …… Perfect for quick snack or appetizer.
