Peanut Butter Oatmeal Gems

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Gems

Christmas baking is in full speed in our house.

Yesterday I was baking till I ran out of ingredients. Shopping trip is scheduled for tomorrow so I am taking the opportunity to share my recipes with you all.

One of the cookies I made yesterday are my youngest son’s favorite cookies. They are peanut butter oatmeal cookies full of nuts and candy coated chocolate pieces. We call them Peanut Butter Oatmeal Gems.

This recipe makes about 6 dozen of small (2″) cookies. I find this is the perfect size for Christmas cookies to share with your family and friends. Also perfect size for Cookie Exchange.
