Honey Garlic Chicken Wings……the only chicken wings I absolutely love……the only chicken wings I will eat….

I tried to make my own sticky CHICKEN WINGS before, but they were always missing something.

….till I came across Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Wings @ Foodess

I was hosting Easter Egg Hunt & Annual Easter Brunch (I know….I am few months behind) so I decided to make a batch of HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS…… with some adaptation of course….

These HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS were such a hit…….the platter was empty in a few minutes…kids were sticky all over….smiles were all around…..PERFECT EASTER…..





  • 4 lbs Chicken Wings (skin on)
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 8 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Pepper Sauce

STEP 1: In a bowl mix together all the ingredients except chicken wings to make marinade.

STEP 2: Place chicken wings into Ziploc bag. Pour in marinade.Make sure all chicken wings are well coated. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

STEP 3: When you are ready preheat oven to 400F. Line cookie sheet with double foil.

STEP 4: Take chicken wings out of the bag and spread in single layer on the cookie sheet. Reserve marinade.

STEP 5: Bake chicken wings for 10 minutes then brush them with marinade. Bake for another 10 minutes and brush them again.

STEP 6: While chicken wings are baking pour marinade into thick bottom sauce pan and cook until it turns into syrup.

STEP 7: Remove cooked chicken wings from the oven and toss them in Honey Garlic syrup.

    Tried these today for a picky eater, who also loves hot things (added red habanero sauce to it, but followed all else).

    Still in there licking fingers! :p
