What a fabulous morning it is …….
I am in a mood for pancakes this morning. How about you? …….light …… fluffy ….. loaded with granola & cranberries ….. GRANOLA CRANBERRY PANCAKES.
….. and ….. of course …… Maple Syrup Butter.
That’s right, we are going to start this fabulous morning right ….. with stack of yummy Granola Cranberry pancakes ….. made in minutes with help of ……. Bisquick Heart Smart Pancake Mix …… juicy unsweetened cranberries and of course multigrain sweet & crunchy granola.

This recipe makes about 10 – 7″ Granola Cranberry Pancakes.
- 3 cups Heart Smart Bisquick Pancake Mix
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs
- 11/2 cup Multigrain Blend Granola
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
STEP 1: In a large bowl whisk together Heart Smart Bisquick Pancake Mix and buttermilk. Add slightly beaten eggs and whisk well.
STEP 2: Gently fold in granola and cranberries. Stir only until combined.
STEP 3: Using measuring cup pour 1/3 cup of pancake batter onto hot greased (use butter non-stick spray) griddle or frying pan.
STEP 4: Cook until bubbles break the surface. Turn and cook until golden.
STEP 5: Serve with Maple butter and Maple syrup (optional).
To make Maple Butter : Whip together 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter and 3 tablespoons of Maple syrup.
Now that we made these delicious Granola Cranberry Pancakes with Maple Butter I can tell you the reason why MY morning is wonderful….
…. my sweet hubby that I haven’t seen in almost 4 months showed up at home this morning at 2am ….. 4 days earlier then we expected him ….
….. boys are still sleeping and don’t have a clue ….. I will need earplugs in about an hour when they wake up and find their daddy home.
It is truly wonderful morning …… I wish you all magical day full of love and laughter ….. I am off to start on my Granola Cranberry Pancakes to feed my happy family.
