PROSCIUTTO ….. PROVOLONE and BAKED EGGS on a warm English muffin.
Your oven does it all for you while you are getting ready …. warm English muffin ….. salty Prosciutto …. melted Provolone
…..perfectly done Sunny Side Up Eggs …… Prosciutto & Provolone Baked Eggs Breakfast Sandwich - the ultimate breakfast
without spending time in your kitchen.
Prepare it the night before …. leave it in the fridge …. wake up …… preheat the oven ….. place it in the oven ….. remove it …. &
delicious Prosciutto & Provolone Baked Eggs Breakfast Sandwich is ready to serve ….. faster then any drive-thru on your
way to work.
There are many version of baked eggs floating on Pinterest , but here is my version of BAKED EGGS ……
This recipe serves 3
Ingredients:
- 3 English Muffins
- 6 Slices of Prosciutto
- 6 Slices of Provolone
- 6 Eggs
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 375F.
STEP 2: Push half of English muffin into a bottom of Texas size muffin pan.
STEP 3: Arrange Prosciutto on top of English muffin. Cover with slice of Provolone. Crack an egg on top.
STEP 4: Bake for 18 minutes. Remove from the oven. Let it sit for a minute. Carefully remove breakfast sandwiches from the muffin tin and serve.

plate within minutes.
