It’s Tuesday and it is time for Kitchen 101 …..

…today subject …. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar …… and the Health Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar.


As many of you I have been hearing about the benefits of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR for years, but until recently I never used ACV.


I got turned onto Apple Cider Vinegar & Raw Honey drink by my mentor Sandi Krakowski few months ago.


I started drinking Apple Cider Vinegar with Raw Honey & Hot Water every morning after I wake …… every night before I go to sleep .


Beside the fact that I became totally addicted to the drink especially after I started adding Organic Cinnamon ….. I also have more energy …. my hair is healthier …. I lost  weight …. I no longer crave carbs …..

….. the biggest change ….. it’s almost end of January …… we are in the middle of flu epidemic and I did not suffer from ….. sore throat …. cough with mucus ….. sinus infection ….. headaches …. upset stomach ….. my glucose levels are normal ….


There is so many health benefits to APPLE CIDER VINEGAR , but one thing you must remember …….

…. Only RAW ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR  contains  the “mother of vinegar” that makes ACV so beneficial.


The “mother” is made up of  living nutrients and bacteria. “Mother”  settles in the bottom of the bottle like sediment so be sure to shake the bottle well before pouring.

I personally make my ACV  morning & evening drink with 1 cup hot water + 1 Tbsp ACV + 1 Tbsp honey + 1 tsp ground cinnamon.

I also make a family jug (using the same ratio) without cinnamon and leave it in the fridge for my boys and myself to have before meals.

    I suppose because of the smell, I have never thought of drinking ACV. But if you say it helps the immune system and weight loss, then I guess I’m just going to have to try it.
